CONSULTANCY

Our services offer our clients the technical knowledge necessary for the implementation of the BIM systems from the beginning of the creation of the building project, through all of its phases, to the very end according to the needs in each case.

The key to our service lies in our training in BIM management as well as the extensive experience in the use of this system applied to the development of our own architectural works.

Our consultancy is aimed primarily at Property developers, Architectural studios and Building companies that due to the emerging knowledge or lack of proper resources enabling the use of BIM systems, are unable to present public tenders in Spain as the implementation of this system is becoming compulsory.

Our service is based on the implementation of international standards BS PAS 1192 and in compliance with ISO 19650 1-2 as well as “Good practice Spanish BIM guides “ published by “buildingSMART Spanish chapter”.

BIM MANAGEMENT

We undertake all the tasks of BIM manager, which include, project coordination, the redaction of documents required for BIM tendering and the auditing of data envolved in open platforms.

We redact the primary documents necessary to engage a BIM project, such as EIR ( Exchange information requirement ) and BEP ( BIM execution plan ) according to international standards BS PAS 1192 and ISO 19650-1 and 19650-2 regulations.

MODELING

We model bi-dimentional projects and convert them into BIM open platforms onto the client’s selected file format .

We provide technical assistance and consulting as external collaborators, in the creation of BIM projects, proposed use of BIM, standardisation and auditing of data with regards to the requirements of private clients and those required for tendering to public administration.

BIM STRATEGIES

We develop BIM strategies for clients and contractors that are involved in the process of designing and building projects.

We base our work on the existing national and international regulations in order to establish the best procedures aplicable to the client’s requirements, which enable the exchange of information to flow amongst all of the participants envolved in the development of a project, and thus, comply with the regulations set by both the Public administration and the management of private projects.

TRAINING AND BACKGROUND

My experience with the BIM methodology began in 2002 in Spain and later in Argentina & Dubai, developing architectural BIM projects in these countries.

Collaborative work is the basis of this methodology and the performance of the roles that intervene in the development processes of a BIM project, are part of this permanent training over 18 years.
